Delete your NovaCalc account

In the app (immediate)

Open NovaCalc, type your 6-digit PIN on the calculator, then press and hold = to unlock.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account forever.
Confirm with your password.

Deletion is permanent: your profile, username, Nova ID, devices, contact list, invitations, and encrypted messages are removed from our servers within 30 days. Messages you sent in conversations remain only in the other participant's encrypted copy, like any messenger.

Without app access

Email support@thenovacalc.com from your verified recovery email with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We verify ownership by replying to that recovery address, then delete within 30 days.

If you have no verified recovery email and no signed-in device, we cannot verify ownership and cannot delete on request — this protects your account from hostile deletion by others. An account left signed out is inaccessible to anyone without its password.

What we keep

Nothing personal. Aggregate, non-identifying operational logs (e.g. error counts) age out within 90 days.
