NovaCalc is a calculator app with a private, end-to-end encrypted messenger. By creating an account you accept these terms.
No unlawful content or conduct, no abuse of other users, no attempts to break rate limits or other users' encryption, and no reverse engineering except where the law permits it. We may suspend accounts for violations; because content is encrypted, enforcement acts on metadata, reports by participants, and abuse signals — never on content scanning.
Your content is yours. You grant us only the technical license to store and transmit encrypted data on your behalf. Deleting content or your account removes it from our systems within 30 days; other participants keep their copies of conversations, like any messenger.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and cap our total liability at the greater of $50 or the fees you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may modify these terms with notice in the app; continued use is acceptance. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Typeone Technologies LLC is organized; before any formal dispute, please contact support@thenovacalc.com — most issues are resolved quickly.
