If you added and verified a recovery email: tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and enter that email. You'll receive a reset link. After resetting, sign back in and review Settings → Devices. If you never added a recovery email, your account cannot be recovered — this is a deliberate privacy protection, and we are unable to help.
Encrypted history is restored from your other signed-in devices. If at least one device is still signed in, open the app there and your new device will sync going forward. If no device remains signed in, previous encrypted messages are permanently unreadable — NovaCalc's servers only ever hold encrypted data we cannot read.
Sign out and sign back in with your username and password, then set a new PIN.
On the calculator, type your 6-digit PIN, then press and hold the = key for about two seconds.
Settings → Security → Sign out all devices. Sessions end everywhere within about an hour (immediately for new activity).
Settings → Account → Delete account forever (permanent). No app access? See account deletion.
Messages are end-to-end encrypted on your device. We never see content — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what we do store.
